Buderus ProWork
Would you like to carry out commissioning and service work quickly, safely and competently? The "ProWork" app is designed for the service technician of a heating contractor and supports them in on-site work in the small to medium output range (Logamatic EMS plus control system).
"ProWork" is part of the basic equipment of every modern service technician. The new "Smart Service Key", which you connect to the heat generator, establishes a WIFI connection to "ProWork" in order to carry out commissioning, monitoring, operating and test functions quickly and easily on site. Operation is the same for every heat generator and is particularly easy thanks to the intuitive menu.
Operation of the app WITHOUT purchasing a license or without a Smart Service Key:
- Diagnosis of manually set fault codes including the cause of the fault in plain text and a list of the necessary test processes and measures to eliminate the fault
- Demo mode
- Link to the spare parts app "ProScan", "ProLibrary" for retrieving technical documents for all products
- Link to the "ProContact" app for quick access to the technical hotline
Operation of the app WITH purchase of a license (23.99 EUR / year gross) as well as the purchase of a chargeable Smart Service Key:
– System scan and guided commissioning of the heating system (boiler, heating circuits, hot water and solar)
– Display and setting of all essential parameter values of the heating system
– Information on the current status of the system
– Diagnosis of current faults or the fault memory with information about the cause of the fault and corrective measures
– Graphic representation of the most important measured values of the heat generator over a period of max. 10 minutes
– Functional tests of various components of the heat generator (e.g. device pump, 3-way valve...)
- Save service report as PDF
- Direct line to the technical hotline for faster contact and transparency of the current waiting time via "ProContact".
- Direct link to the apps "ProScan"; "ProLibrary"

System Requirements
- All EMS plus compatible oil/gas heat generators with 3.5 mm service interface
- Note: Not suitable for U152/154 condensing boilers and heat pumps with HMC300
- Smartphone or tablet with Android operating system from version 8.0
- In order to be able to use the ProWork app to its full extent, you need a Smart Service Key (Buderus catalogue) and a valid license, which can be purchased within the ProWork app. The license is valid for one year. After expiry, an automatic extension takes place (can be deactivated via the subscription settings in your user account). Without a valid license, only the basic functions described above are available.
Note: When downloading updates, additional costs for the Internet connection may arise; an Internet flat rate is recommended.
